This gathering was for radio staff, members of London Recording Unit, Studio Managers, R.P.A’s and associated programme support departments.

They would have worked at Wood Norton when it was a wartime station, Broadcasting House, Bush House, Oxford Street, Maida Vale, Aeolian Hall, Paris Cinema, and the Criterion during these years or later.

 Our first gathering was in 1990 when 30 people came along, rising to about 90. Lately the numbers have decreased due to natural causes.

 This event was held in May each year but sadly in recent years, our numbers have declined so it has been decided to discontinue this lunch.
